Driving Courses & Pricing
There is no test to pass to complete this course but you will be assessed and successfully pass all the modules in order to complete the course. You must hold a full UK licence in order to take this course and it must be taken within the first twelve months of passing your test.
Statistics show that new drivers are more likely to have an accident in the first two years of passing their test than at any other time. Pass Plus can help to reduce this risk and some Insurance Companies offer discounts if you hold a Pass Plus certificate. For more information please see the Pass Plus website. http://www.passplus.org.uk
Pass Plus lessons may be booked hourly at £25 per hour or as a 6 hour course at a cost of £145.

- Breakdown procedures
- Debris on the carriageway
- Crosswinds
- Use of lights, including hazards
A two-hour course is all you should need to build your confidence and improve your skills. This is at a cost of £50.
Refresher, Problem-Solving and Parking Courses
The 'Driving Environment' and the Highway Code is constantly changing and a result its not easy to keep up to date with all the latest changes. You may find your confidence has been knocked in some way, you may find yourself coming back to driving after some time away, or you may feel you would like some general pointers with your Driving. Whichever it may be, I am here to help. Once you have gained the skill of Driving, you never forget but you may need a helping hand. Each course will be tailored to your individual needs – for example, reversing, junctions, dual carriageways and all types of parking – including parallel and bay. Or you may feel that a part of your driving is just not right. You may book as many lessons as you feel you need to build your confidence and improve your skills. A one-hour refresher lesson costs £25. There is a discount for lessons of 10 hours or more.
Ex-Pat Tuition
As an ex-pat you will probably already hold a driving licence, and may have done for a number of years. However, Driving in another Country with different rules and regulations is a whole new experience. I am sympathetic to these needs and understand whilst you have the skill, you may require some assistance to help you to understand the British road system. If you are a visitor, resident or student in the UK and still have a Driving Licence issued in the Country you come from then there are certain conditions about how long you can drive on this licence before having to obtain a UK licence. The general rule is that you may drive on your licence for the first 12 months of becoming a resident in the UK. You must have passed a British test before this 12 months expires in order to continue driving in the UK. If not then provisional licence rules will then apply.
